Classes for the 2024-2025 school year begin on Sunday

Two years of Sacramental Instruction/Preparation
are required prior to receiving the Sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation.

1^st Grade (begins preparation for First Holy Communion, to be received end of 2^nd grade)

NOTE: If your child has not received his/her first-year instruction please call the Religious Education office to discuss and plan accordingly

7^th Grade (begins preparation for Confirmation, to be received end of 8^th grade)

NOTE: If your child has not received his/her first-year instruction and/or has not been enrolled in any religious education program since receiving First Holy Communion please call the Religious Education office

- Your teen will need to complete their first-year preparation to receive the Sacrament -

EARLY REGISTRATION FORM

Please download and complete the above form to register your child(ren) for Faith Formation classes starting in September 2024. Fees for this year can be found in the table below.

Payment can be made online (credit card/ACH) using our Online Giving (please select 09-01 Faith Formation Fee) or via physical check.

**Faith Formation Fees 2024-2025**
** ATTENTION **
TWO YEAR SACRAMENTAL PREP STUDENTS FOR FIRST COMMUNION (1st Grade) AND CONFIRMATION
(7th Grade)
will pay one non-refundable fee of $225.00 for both years of preparation. If the new students have sibling(s) in other grades, the cost will be $50 per child.
